Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert prospects through expert knowledge of communities and the local market.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads to build lasting relationships and drive repeat/referral business.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
• Support marketing efforts and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
