Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Gold Mountain Village in Colorado. This full-time role provides housing and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities include touring prospects, promoting units, explaining leases, and maintaining resident files, collaborating closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents.
• Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
• Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
• Process and maintain accurate resident files.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.
• Process re-certifications, renewals, and assist with retention efforts.
• Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
• Assist applicant with the application process.
• Create and update waitlist.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents.

• Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Property: Gold Mountain Village (168 units)

Pay: $22

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
