TLC Management Co. is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Chicago, IL. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, deliver excellent service, and build lasting relationships with current residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and assist them, including tours of available units and community amenities.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures clearly.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Keep knowledge of community availability, pricing, and promotions up to date.
• Respond to resident inquiries quickly and address leasing-related issues.
• Collaborate with property management for smooth move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident information.
• Participate in marketing and outreach to attract new residents.
