Job summary

Tlc-Management is seeking an energetic Residential Leasing Consultant to join our Deerfield, IL team. You will welcome prospective residents, lead property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering outstanding service.

From the day you start, you’ll maintain leasing records, assist with occupancy goals, and ensure fair housing compliance. The position includes a competitive hourly wage and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome future residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Lead engaging property tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Assist applicants with leasing, applications, and leases.
• Respond to questions promptly by phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Collaborate with management to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Help create memorable community events to boost happiness and connection.
