Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, tours of units and amenities.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain knowledge of community features, pricing, and availability.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with management to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Maintain records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Participate in community events and marketing to attract residents.
