Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant for our Sierra Foothills community in Phoenix, AZ. You will follow AIR's sales process, conduct tours, and close leasing deals while delivering outstanding service to current and prospective residents.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year sales and customer service experience, a proven ability to meet goals, and a flexible Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Base pay plus commission, 25% rent discount, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., property management, retail, hospitality).
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your community and help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
