AIR Communities seeks an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Cue Luxury Living in Jacksonville, Florida. The role is full-time with base pay $19.00-$20.00 per hour plus commissions, offering performance-based accelerators and a 25% rent discount across AIR communities.

The position involves turning prospects into residents through tours and follow-up, managing a leasing pipeline, and delivering outstanding customer service, while adhering to Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, or revenue goals.
• Experience guiding customers through the sales process from initial interest through close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, engaging tours, and effective closing techniques.
• Identify each prospect's needs and confidently present apartment homes, amenities, and lease options that best fit their lifestyle.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly leasing goals.
• Respond to prospect inquiries, address objections, and guide prospective residents through the leasing decision process.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and follow-up plans within AIR's leasing systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, creating positive experiences at every interaction.
• Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio as business needs require.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
