Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads to identify potential renters and leases.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases to company standards.
• Process lease applications and prepare new leases.
• Tour prospects and inspect units/prepares move-in readiness.
• Promote online leasing programs and log data into the system.
• Answer emails/voicemails/texts promptly and accurately.
• Post notices and assist with daily community inspections as needed.
