Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Avani North in Tucson, AZ. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in while ensuring accurate leasing documentation.

You will manage applications, renewals, and resident inquiries with a strong focus on service, retention, and community standards. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or related field experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to communicate professionally in writing and speech.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support retention through excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records; coordinate with maintenance.
