Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for Town Surprise Apartments in Surprise, AZ. You will greet residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in, while handling applications and renewals accurately.

You will respond to questions, support retention, and coordinate with maintenance to maintain a welcoming community. On-site work required; strong MS Office and basic math skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or a related field is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property-management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist throughout leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep the community looking its best.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
