Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property in Austin. You will handle tours, screen applicants, collect deposits, and prepare move-ins while maintaining an active social media presence and ensuring top-tier resident satisfaction.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. Flexibility for a varied schedule and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sale; prepare move-ins and collect signatures.
• Maintain social media presence for the property to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and timely follow-up.
• Apply marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan outreach.
• Collaborate with maintenance to handle resident requests promptly.
