IRT Living at Tisdale at Lakeline Station is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct tours, and match applicants with our vibrant community. You’ll close leases through proactive follow-up and serve as the resident expert on features, rents, and amenities.

We provide company-paid in-person training in Tampa, FL, growth opportunities, and a package including commissions, bonuses, stock awards, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours highlighting lifestyle and features.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and achieve goals.
• Manage lease applications and ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Be the resident expert on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Coordinate resident events to strengthen community and satisfaction.
