Bedrock Property Management seeks a Leasing Consultant in Dallas, TX to support day‑to‑day operations and resident satisfaction. You will help achieve leasing and financial goals while delivering excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, and vendors.

You will engage in tours, market the property, and collaborate with the Community Director to meet community goals, upholding high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous leasing experience encouraged to apply.
• Customer experience oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents, proactively solving issues and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
• Develops professional skills, seeking continual growth and learning from mistakes.
• Embodies company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Present a professional image and effectively represent the company to residents, vendors, and owners alike.
• Operates computers and other technological devices on site.
• Represents the community on the phone and in written communication.
• Greets residents, keeps a neat office, and serves as a point of contact.
• Completes prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride.
• Resolves issues promptly with a focus on customer service.
• Travels to meet residents as needed to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Drives property performance by participating in resident events and marketing.
• Performs all other duties, as assigned.
