Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current and future available apartments and market conditions.
• Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents; demonstrate models and amenities.
• Complete weekly traffic and activity reports; ensure leasing areas are clean and professional.
• Support renewal/retention programs and rent collection as needed.
• Assist Manager and Area Manager on special leasing projects.
