Job summary

Envolve Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage on-site leasing activities for our communities in the region. You will coordinate daily leasing tasks, greet prospective residents, process applications, and assist with renewal programs to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and experience in customer service or property management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Customer Service or Previous Property Management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily leasing activities at the on-site community.
• Maintain knowledge of available apartments and market conditions.
• Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Assist with renewal and retention programs.
• Support rent collection as needed.
• Ensure model and leasing areas are clean and presentable.
• Complete reports and maintain records.
• Other duties as assigned.
