Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or preferred.
• Customer Service or property management experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available apartments.
• Prepare and review leasing paperwork and reports.
• Greet and assist prospective residents, show models and vacant units.
• Assist with renewal and retention programs and rent collection as needed.
• Support on-site operations and coordinate with the Community Manager.
