Maxus Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Ridgewood Village in Saint Peters, MO. You will show units, conduct tours, process applications, and assist with move-ins while building strong resident relations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in property management, and familiarity with RealPage. This role includes rotating Saturdays and supports community events and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management required.
• At least 1 year of experience with RealPage or equivalent software required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations required.
• Rotating Saturdays will be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the leasing process, recording all traffic and qualifying prospects.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text and escalate when needed.
• Maintain courteous communications and document interactions with residents, applicants, and vendors.
• Conduct market surveys and mystery shops to monitor competing communities.
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts as directed by the community manager.
• Support resident retention programs, events, and lease renewals.
