Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous leasing experience highly preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps to secure a lease.
• Serve as a resource for residents to address and resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.
