Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Richardson, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, market available properties, conduct tours, and prepare lease paperwork. You will help ensure high occupancy and a smooth move-in by supporting the property manager and team.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales or leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills. Evening/weekend flexibility is required; company offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other Office products.
• Knowledge of internet, email, and social media for marketing a community.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments to qualified prospects and guiding them through the application process.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms to secure occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Market properties and conduct property tours to attract prospects.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as required.
• Explain lease policies to new and current residents clearly.
• Support the Property Manager and team to maintain community standards.
