Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Washington state. You will greet clients, showcase community features, and secure leases from qualified residents while handling deposits, applications, and show readiness.

Responsibilities include maintaining lease knowledge, applying professional sales techniques, and coordinating outreach and retention efforts. AMC offers competitive pay, benefits, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Collect a deposit and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure model/unit readiness and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, and current market conditions.
• Use professional customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitor property shopping.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in files and maintain ongoing documentation.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
