Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Leasing Consultant to act as the community's sales representative, greet clients, present features, and secure leases from qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include collecting deposits, processing applications, keeping models ready, knowing lease terms, and using effective customer service and sales techniques. The position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and present community features to secure leases.

• Conduct outreach marketing and maintain relationships with locator services.
• Handle resident requests and concerns professionally.
