Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations on site. You will show properties, qualify and tour prospects, sign leases, complete paperwork, and support retention programs, with a focus on timely responses and achieving leasing goals.

Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; on-site work and regular attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
