Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a community. Regular onsite presence is required, with duties including showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and lease signings.

You will conduct all leasing activities, maintain accurate records, and support marketing plans while ensuring superior customer service and resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes teamwork, property upkeep, and adherence to housing laws and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Conduct leasing activities: appointments, tours, lead generation, follow-ups, and market surveys.
• Maintain leasing paperwork and assist with audits, turnover, and unit turns.
• Provide excellent customer service; resolve resident concerns and assist in retention programs.
• Support marketing plans and maintain accurate traffic and leasing data.
• Ensure property standards and policies are followed; assist in office and common area upkeep.
