Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. The role requires regular onsite attendance and a proactive approach to sales, tours, and lease signings.

You will contribute to marketing efforts, maintain accurate prospect data, and support retention programs while delivering excellent customer service to residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up; maintain leasing data and records.
• Assist in marketing, outreach, and market surveys; support resident relations and retention.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Perform office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
