Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in The Springs at Georgetown, Georgetown, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours of the community, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering exceptional service to current residents.

You will actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour amenities and vacant units with prospects, and handle resident communications via Yardi, greeting clients in a friendly, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and provide current information on specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests using Yardi and communicate with the Service Team.
• Stand to greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly, welcoming manner while complying with Fair Housing regulations.
