Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and proactive leasing approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tour properties, process applications, follow-ups, renewals, and resident communication

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge
• Close sales and prepare lease paperwork
• Enter information into internal resident database
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic
• Plan and participate in resident events
