Asset Living in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multi-family property.

You will regularly show units, greet prospects, tour the community, and sign leases, while maintaining data accuracy and responding to inquiries within 24 hours. The role supports outreach and retention programs and requires on-site work in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan outreach and market surveys to drive traffic and leasing.
• Handle resident concerns and contribute to retention programs and overall property care.
