Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires on-site work, scheduled showroom tours, and completing all leasing paperwork for move-ins.

Responsibilities include lead generation, showing units, maintaining market data, and ensuring high resident satisfaction. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify candidates.
• Prepare and sign leases; maintain model units and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and outreach for property traffic and leasing goals.
• Handle resident inquiries and contribute to retention programs.
