Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires on-site presence and strong customer service to greet, qualify, tour, and secure leases.

You will handle leasing paperwork, lead generation, market surveys, and maintain data accuracy while delivering friendly, compliant service and promoting retention programs. A High School Diploma is required with basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour the community, greet and qualify prospective residents, and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits.
