Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present available units and amenities.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reports and marketing activities.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and community rules to residents.
