Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Arlington, TX to attract and screen prospective tenants, conduct property tours, prepare lease paperwork, and facilitate smooth move-ins.

You will promote available properties, respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and collaborate with the property team to achieve high occupancy while upholding fair housing guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and paperwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word) and online marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants; promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms to applicants.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease agreements.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents during move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email formats.
• Produce weekly and monthly leasing reports and maintain records.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
