Job summary

Multi Family Apartment Management Company is seeking a Leasing Agent to fill and manage apartment leases. You will assist in marketing efforts, tour prospects, prepare market surveys and lease paperwork, and support the Property Manager in achieving the annual budget goals.

You should have sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• Customer service experience.
• High School degree.
• Strong commitment to company goals and values.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to learn software such as Yardi, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant apartments for readiness and report deficiencies.
• Tour prospects and lease units; prepare market surveys.
• Review lease paperwork with new and renewing residents.
• Follow up on all prospects per policy.
• Learn and implement outreach marketing for the community as needed.
• Support the Property Manager in daily duties and team objectives.
