Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, building strong rapport.
• Showcase apartments and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
• Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, and in-person.
• Follow up and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Close leases with confidence—securing applications and deposits.
• Keep the leasing office, show units, and tour paths looking sharp.
• Assist with marketing, events, outreach, and community engagement.
• Enter data, maintain organized files, and support daily operations.
