Responsibilities

• Motivates a team of leasing consultants to meet goals, ensure occupancy and exceptional customer service.
• Lead and implement resident retention programs.
• Reviews weekly property occupancy reports and provides marketing recommendations in weekly PM meetings.
• Develops and implements marketing promotions and programs with emphasis on corporate outreach and preferred employer programs.
• Develops training schedules for marketing and sales programs and for newly hired leasing consultants.
