You will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, process applications, and support current residents with a high-energy, sales-focused approach, while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Conduct property tours of model units, available apartments and amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through strong closing techniques.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
