Job summary

Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a leasing consultant to engage prospective residents, showcase apartments, and close leases. The role offers a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with commission starting at $300 per move-in and comprehensive benefits.

You will meet monthly leasing goals, conduct property tours, assist applicants through the leasing process, and contribute to marketing efforts on social media while staying compliant with Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in property management preferred).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & social media platforms.
