Job summary

Post Road Management is seeking a results-driven Leasing Consultant for a high-volume apartment community in Pittsburgh. You will close prospects, drive tours, and convert traffic into signed leases, earning commissions based on performance.

Strong closing ability, excellent communication, and a Urgency-driven approach are essential. Previous leasing is a plus, but top-performing sales pros from other industries are encouraged to apply. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or closing experience.

This is a high-volume, high-performance sales role for a large apartment community in Pittsburgh. We are not looking for average. We are looking for a closer. We will provide the lead flow and your job is to get prospects in the door, create urgency, and close the deal. This role is for someone who thrives on competition, moves with urgency, follows up hard, and wants to make real money. If you know how to turn traffic into tours, tours into applications, and applications into signed leases, this could be a big opportunity. You do not need to come from the apartment industry to win here. If you have crushed it in sales and know how to build rapport, handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the business, we want to talk to you. We need someone who knows how to win leases, not just answer phones and give basic tours. You should be energized by goals, confident overcoming objections, and motivated by a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or administrative support roles.
• Preferred Experience 1-2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales.
• Familiarity with AppFolio is highly desirable.
• Experience handling rent collection, court preparation, or resident record management.
• Confidence in managing inbound leads, conducting property tours, and driving occupancy goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, a clean criminal background check, and flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime.
