Job summary

Franklin Park in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a dynamic leasing professional to join our property team. You will engage with prospective residents, present apartments, and close leases, helping residents find their perfect home.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales (or 2+ years in property management), strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office and social media. Monday–Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in property management preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office & social media platforms
• Available to work Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and close the sale!
• Meet monthly leasing goals by generating leads and converting prospects into happy tenants
• Conduct property tours, ensuring model units and amenities shine
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
• Collaborate on creative marketing & social media initiatives to drive traffic
• Stay compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations
