Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to engage with prospects, showcase apartments, and close leases. You will drive lead generation, conduct guided tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in while collaborating on marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales (or 2+ years in property management), strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and social media.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in property management preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & social media platforms
• Available to work Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and close the sale
• Meet monthly leasing goals by generating leads and converting prospects into tenants
• Conduct property tours, ensuring model units and amenities shine
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
• Collaborate on creative marketing & social media initiatives to drive traffic
• Stay compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations
