• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls; determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and apartment homes professionally; close the sale and follow up.
• Complete all lease applications and paperwork; maintain lease file documentation.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness to create a positive first impression.
• Collaborate with team on community events and projects; participate in Cardinal U training.
