MAA, a national leader in multifamily apartment communities, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the MAA Southwind property in Memphis. You will engage with prospective residents, highlight the value and experience of living at a MAA community, and guide applicants through the lease process.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and hospitality with opportunities for advancement. Requirements include a year of sales or leasing experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a high school

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Familiarity with apartment management laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents to communicate the value and experience of living at a MAA community.
• Initiate screening of prospective residents and facilitate lease renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
• Secure lease agreements and coordinate with residents to ensure a smooth move-in.
