MAA South Line in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will engage with prospective residents, highlight the value of living in a MAA community, and help secure lease agreements.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value and experience of living at a MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate screening of prospective residents.
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
