Affinity Property Management Inc. is seeking a Roving Leasing Consultant to support Corvallis and Albany communities in person, with a flexible schedule and full-time hours.

You will conduct property tours, manage the full lease process with prospective residents, promote available homes, and coordinate with the Property Manager to maintain strong occupancy. This role offers competitive pay at $21 per hour, potential commissions, a monthly transportation allowance, and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.

Job Title: Roving Leasing Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Location: This position is in-person and can be assigned to any Affinity managed apartment community in Corvallis and Albany. A location assignment schedule will be provided. The home property will be New Heritage Apartments ( 2148 SE Geary St, Albany, OR 97322)

Schedule: The scheduled days can change from Mondays - Fridays or Tuesdays - Saturdays. The shift times can change from 9:00am - 6:00pm to 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation Package:

• Competitive hourly pay range of $21.00-21.00
• Leasing and renewal commission opportunities (dependent on assigned communities)
• Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00

Administrative:

• Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
• Attend training and development seminars
• Advertise and promote the property
• Utilize industry specific software for lead management
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Ensure compliance with renter's insurance
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
• Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

Resident Experience:

• Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager

What You'll Need:

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and ambition for continuous professional development
• Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone
• Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkways
• Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
