Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, show properties, and negotiate lease terms while ensuring a smooth move-in.

You will market communities, conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and maintain positive resident relations. A HS diploma and 1+ year leasing or sales experience are preferred; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property software.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and provide property information.
• Show properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Market properties, respond to inquiries, and maintain occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident relations and uphold policies and regulations.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports and manage multiple tasks.
