Responsibilities

• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in accordance with standards.
• Process lease applications and prepare new contracts.
• Tour prospects of units and show vacant/model units.
• Log prospect information into Property Management software.
• Post notices to vacate and assist with inspections.
• Support daily community inspections and promote incentives.
