Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community with a focus on visitor, prospect, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficient with basic office software (MS Word, MS Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria; ask questions and use guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports; file guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; relay service needs to Community Manager.
• Have prospects complete applications and secure deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and process applications (credit checks, rental history).
• Submit processed applications to Community Manager for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness; file market information.
