Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site presence, strong customer service, and the ability to close leases with prospective residents.

You will handle tours, qualification, and leasing paperwork, while supporting marketing efforts and resident satisfaction. The position emphasizes on-site duties, collaboration with the team, and adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases
• Conduct tours and close sales with prospective residents
• Handle leasing paperwork and move-ins
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn process
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to drive traffic and leasing
