Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will greet prospects, qualify renters, tour the community, and sign leases.

Daily on-site presence is required. You will complete leasing paperwork, maintain accurate prospect traffic data, and support retention programs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site property leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; complete leasing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support resident retention programs and address resident concerns.
• Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
