The Franklin Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Park at Ridgedale community. You will show apartments, lease to prospective residents, and support our marketing plan.

This role is non-exempt (hourly) with a salary range of $14.98–$22.46 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 months of related experience preferred, and strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show; maintain clean, orderly spaces.
• Know lease terms, policies, and current rental rates; apply sales methods.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and update informational materials.
• Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program.
