Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and tour prospective residents.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and balance walk-ins with appointments.
• Support onsite team with marketing and resident retention efforts.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service with residents, vendors and guests.
• Assist on weekends as needed.
